ABOUT THE ROLE :

As an AI Project Manager, you will foster high-level relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs and driving the successful implementation and management of our data labeling platform. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and a customer-first mindset.

Example of past & current projects you would be managing:

• Generative AI - Preference dataset creation with highly qualified crowdsource workforce (Medical, Computer science).
• Defense - Delivery of training data for > 20 computer vision models (object detection on drone images, polygon tracking on videos).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, data science, and operations, to comprehend project requirements, constraints, and priorities.
• Manage third-party service provider’s ecosystem and relationship
• Lead the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and service level indicators (SLIs) in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for users, enhancing customer satisfaction and platform adoption.
• Manage daily planning and production execution, including workflow definition and workforce coordination.
• Analyze current production processes, KPIs, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities, prevent potential issues, and plan for future needs.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project delays and challenges.

ABOUT YOU :

You have :

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong technical foundation in Data & AI, with knowledge of Python being advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of managing customer expectations and fostering strong team collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data in decision-making processes.
• Leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

At least 2 or 3 years experience in a consulting firm specialized in Data/AI/digital transformation, or in a fast paced company with a customer facing role.

• A track record of successful project management, technology implementation, or a related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and managing cross-functional teams is highly valued.
